3. Privacy
a. Privacy Policy: The User's data is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
b. Consent: By using the Game, the User consents to the collection, processing, and use of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, designs, trademarks, and copyrights, belong to the Company. The User shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Game without the Company's prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. No Warranty: The Game is provided on an "as is" basis, and the Company makes no warranties or representations regarding its availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.
6. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or these Terms, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
